I ‘received’, so to speak, great news on my 4th week. I had a pair of old jeans that I bought about a year before. I didn’t fit in them anymore so I put them away. I was curious to see I fit in them. AND I DID! A year before I started the Slimfy program I was slimmer and it seemed that after 4 weeks with this amazing supplement I reached the weight I had a year before. I was overjoyed. It wasn’t much and it wasn’t my target weight, but for me it was a huge step. That encouraged me to go further without stop.
Also, my energy level has increased considerably. Before starting this program I used to just lay around after work. I used to be sooo tired that I couldn’t imagine doing something else than laying on the couch and watching TV. But with Slimfy…let’s just say the couch started to miss me. I started to go out again, I started to go to the park with my kids more often, I reanimated the habit of taking long walks with my husband. I felt like Slimfy rejuvenated me. I felt like a became a better version of myself, a younger version, a version that I liked better. The nice thing about it was that my family noticed which created a more happy atmosphere in the house. I couldn’t believe it.
The first person that noticed that I began losing weight was, of course, my husband. I didn’t give it too much attention because he is my husband, knows every bit of me, and it was only natural for him to notice even a little change with my body. But on my 5th week I was surprised to get a compliment on my weight from one of my co-workers. It was then that I realized my body is starting to make visible changes.
When someone close to you tells you have lost weight, you tend to not pay much attention because you think it minor, but when a stranger tells you…that’s a different story. It makes you realize that the change is really noticeable. Of course, I was really happy and excited to see where the Slimfy program will take me.
I never told anyone that I started this program because I didn’t want jinx it. I know it sounds silly, but if it didn’t work I would have felt terrible about it. I just wanted to wait for everyone to notice and then tell them the secret behind my new body.
This week wasn’t eventful, only my digestive system suffered some changes. I felt easier. Before starting the program I always felt bloated after a meal or a snack. This is not an issue anymore. After any meal I feel nourished, but I don’t feel full and bloated.
I suppose that you know that the skin is a cleansing organ so it’s natural for the body to expel toxins through it (like sweat for example). I tell you this because I had some pimples coming out. It wasn’t anything serious, but enough to make me feel bad about it. Fortunately, this pimples situation didn’t last very long and I didn’t have any problems after.
I told you that I would weigh myself at the end of the second stage of the program. I did and I couldn’t believe my eyes. I had already lost 18 pounds so I went from 179 pounds to 161. It wasn’t bad and I was very happy with the results. Before Slimfy 18 pounds seemed impossible to get rid of. Especially without working out. But it happened and it can also happen to you if you try Slimfy. I say go for it!
